No. Students receive a private Certificate of Completion issued by House of Transactions Academy. It is not a real estate license, government credential, or state-issued certification.

Access is granted after your application is approved, enrollment terms are accepted, the required payment is received, and an administrator activates your account.

There is a 3-calendar-day grace period. Access to future sessions may be paused when a payment is materially overdue. Contact the team to arrange an adjustment.
