Ana Materano

Ana Materano founded House of Transactions after more than a decade working inside every layer of the real estate transaction — from agent assistant and MLS coordinator at U.S. Prime Realty, to regional property manager at Renters Warehouse, to listings and transaction manager at Compass, to closing paralegal at Pretium managing institutional acquisitions across four states. Before founding House of Transactions, Ana built and ran Faultless Transactions, personally overseeing more than 700 real estate transactions from intake to close. She holds a Florida real estate license (Lic. #SL3378606), a Google Project Management Professional Certificate, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University.
